Important: Fare Update Announcement

Effective February 1, per the ODOT Transit Development Plan, FRS Transportation Services will no longer offer unlimited monthly passes. Riders can still purchase Pay‑in‑Advance cards, but fares will be deducted using a diminishing balance based on single-trip fares. We will still honor January monthly passes.

30 Day Bus Passes

Residents of Highland County living INSIDE Hillsboro city limits

Residents of Adams County living INSIDE West Union city limits 
$20

Residents of Brown County living INSIDE  The city limits of Mt Orab and Georgetown
$20

All passes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

This pass allows the purchaser ONLY to use  this pass within the county of residence.

Example: If you purchase a 30 day pass and you live in the city limits of Hillsboro, this pass is only valid for transportation in Highland County.

Residents of Highland County living OUTSIDE Hillsboro city limits

Residents of Adams County living OUTSIDE West Union city limits

Residents of Brown County living OUTSIDE of the city limits of Mt Orab and Georgetown

All passes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

This pass allows the purchaser ONLY to use the pass within the county of residence.

Example: If you purchase a 30 day pass and you live outside the city limits of West Union, this pass is only valid for transportation in Adams County.
