SCHEDULING A TRIP:
To schedule a trip call the Dispatch Office during normal office hours. Please have the following trip information available:

Your name and your pickup address

Date and time of your appointment

Approximate length of your appointment or requested return pickup time

Name and address of your destination
-
Any special needs (if you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle)
CANCELLATIONS AND
NO SHOWS:
It is important that if you don’t need your trip that you cancel at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time. Cancellations can be left on our voicemail when the office is closed or unavailable. If the bus arrives to pick you up and the driver cannot locate you or you have failed to cancel your trip at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time you will be considered a No Show. No Shows waste time and money, make other passengers late and cause service denials to others. Due to the cost and inconvenience FRS Transportation request payment for No Show trips. If you are reported as a No Show other scheduled trips for that day will be cancelled until we hear from you to confirm your schedule.
PICK UPS:
Please be ready by your scheduled pick up time to avoid delays for your driver and other passengers. Dispatch advises you could be picked up 15 minutes before or after your scheduled pick up time. Passengers should wait where they can see arrival of the transportation vehicle.
FRS Transportation will NOT be responsible for any items left in our vehicles or for any lost, damaged or stolen articles.
