TripMaster’s Request My Ride TripPortal!

Welcome to the TripMasters TripPortal!
Follow these simple steps to start requesting rides:​

  1. You will receive an email invitation to the TripPortal from an FRS Dispatcher. If you need an invitation, please call our office and we will send one to your email.

  2. Open the email and click the link to confirm your email address, accept the invitation, and create your secure password: https://requestmyrides.com/

  3. After setting your password, riders can also download the mobile-friendly app for easy access to request and manage trips.​
