ADVERSE WEATHER POLICY

Any delays or cancellations due to adverse weather and road conditions will be given on the following local radio stations:

• WVNU 97.5 FM (Greenfield)
• WVNU 105.5 FM (Washington Courthouse)

Our voicemail is updated regularly with FRS Transportation's latest delays or closings during adverse weather conditions.

SCHEDULING A TRIP

To schedule a trip call the Dispatch Office during normal office hours. Please have the following trip information available:

• Your name and your pickup address
• Date and time of your appointment
• Approximate length of your appointment or requested return pickup time
• Name and address of your destination
• Any special needs (if you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle)

CANCELING A TRIP

To cancel a trip call the Dispatch Office as soon as possible. You can call us 24 hours/7 days a week. Please give the following information:

• Your name and pickup address
• Date, pickup time and destination name

Cancel a minimum of three (3) hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid a No Show. After three No Shows you may lose your transportation priviledges for a six-month period.
